Good morning everybody!This morning i wake up 04:30 it wasn't so easy to wake up I need to admit,but like my coach Ugo Okoro said.''Hard work pays bill''.

My training start at 05:00 and it was just usual morning training,runing outside. On my lucky it wasn't so cold so I decided to use that and run one good destination.I start to run from Andersbergsringen 11 and my destination was Viktoriagatan,and all the way back.It was awesome. Great musik in my ears make me to run faster and faster,to the end.

Now it's time for shower and breakfast.See ya.
