Today-new trainer!
After one common and not so interesting day at work,finally clock was showing 14:00 and that's means that is time to go home and take little rest before training.
Training start 17:00,and instead of my head choach Ugo Okoro ,training pass took assistent coach Frank.
Wow !!I was impressed! Actually I never got opportunity to train just with him,but I had to admit that today he did really good job!
At training pass it was just people who gonna compete on ''Sydsvenska mästerskapen'',so new coach could show his skills.
At the beginning we started with some exercises that I didn't liked so much,like everything was weird :/,but after two rounds,new coach started with great work.
Condition,good foot work and technique,everything what one fighter need was in one exercise.I was left speechless,and i tried to do my best in everything what he trained us.
Now I am lying in my bed and writting my blogg,had to say that I am really tired,new work day waiting for me. But before it I had to say one important thing:never judge people by how they look,meaby they have hiden talent and skills,just like my new assistent coach.
