Sparring with a best trainer Ugo Okoro -priceless!
Hello again! :)
Training started with warming-up,then shadow boxing,sparring and end up with strenght training exercises.Today after a long time I had the honor to sparring with my trainer.4 roundsx2.15 min was just perfect time to get one blue eye,and almost broken ribs(Thank's God for makeup and thank's coach for teaching me to block punches ) .I thought that everytime when I just try to throw the punch,he was wating for my mistake and I got punished all the time,so before everything I do I was thinking,every move was planed. But anyway I didn't give up,it doesen't matter how hard he waspunching me I didn't want to show,poker face and good foot work saved my life. And I learnd alot as always.
After training like everyday I went to work.
At work place everything was okej.One more time I got surpriced by my beft friend from work. This time from no where when I had so much boring he came with kanellbulle like as he knew what I need in that moment and he fixed my mood again. After that one more friend came and she made me laugh so much. We didn't had alot to do at work place today,so today i can't complain that I am tired.
Whole my day was more then beautiful,and I realy hope so that tomorrow will be even better.
Now I am ready to sleep and take a full speed tomorrow.
One more great day in my week!
