Harder,better,faster,stronger!
Hello everybody!
One more day past,incredibly fast as always.
First thing on the list today was my morning training.Hard work as always but I'm not comlaing. 50 min intensive work out in the gym and 30 min swiming made my body feel good.After training it was 20 min sauna.mmmmm love life.
After training it's coming little rest,breakfast and start to getting ready for job. Oh I had to say,that I start with diet( killing) again,fight coming soon and I have to be ready this time.
At work place everything went good,little bit stress but with good friend by my side I don't have to worry about anything.
Now go to sleep,my body need rest.
